Old Papers
Every once in a while I get an email asking me about a library I wrote as an undergrad computer science major: MPIGALib, and a paper about it's application to the Traveling Salesman Problem. I always have to point people at my paper since it doesn't show up on Google, even after trying to contribute it to citeseer several times.
After a recent such question I thought I'd put a couple of links here:
- A link to my paper MPIGALib and the Traveling Salesman Problem.
- The source code for MPIGALib is at sourceforge.
And while I'm at it here's the work I did on the topic of Galois Theory for my mathematics Capstone.
- Galois' Gem A Mathematics Paper in which I explore the subject which cleaned up the question of when a polynomial is solvable in rationals or not, originally discovered by a very passionate young Frenchman.
